Ring Sizing Guide

Before measuring, there are a few important things to keep in mind:

Your right and left hands may differ in size, so don’t assume they’re the same.
Avoid measuring when your hands are too warm or too cold – temperature affects size.
It’s best to measure at room temperature, not right after physical activity.
Try to measure the wider part of your finger, to ensure the ring fits comfortably.
🌸 You can measure your ring size in two simple ways – choose the one that works best for you:
Method 1: Measure Your Finger with a String
Take a flexible string and wrap it around the finger you want to measure.
Mark the point where the string meets.
Then measure the length of the string with a ruler.
Match the result to the ring size table below.
📍 For example: If your measurement is 54 mm, your Israeli ring size is 14.
Method 2: Use an Existing Ring
If you already have a ring that fits well, you can measure the inner diameter.
📍 For example: A diameter of 18.1 mm is equal to Israeli size 17.

Shipping Policy

Free home delivery across Israel for all orders over 800NIS.
Delivery takes between 2 days to 2 weeks.
For our Israeli customers only, we offer free pickup from our studio. Pickup is by prior arrangement only.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please note:
As all jewelry is handmade, each order may take up to 24 business days to be ready for shipping or pickup.

The delivery times mentioned above do not include the production time required to craft our jewelry.

Exchanges and Returns

– Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange policy. You’re welcome to choose another piece of jewelry of equal value, add payment for a higher-priced item, or receive store credit for future use.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange your item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Once we receive your item, we will ship the new item to you.

– Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

Refunds are not available for:

Custom-made jewelry
Items valued over ₪3,000

Return shipping for exchanges or refunds is the customer’s responsibility.

– Returns
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

– Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

– Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Jewelry valued at over ₪3,000
Items with personal engravings
Necklaces with custom lengths
Jewelry with personalized modifications
