Please note:
As all jewelry is handmade, each order may take up to 24 business days to be ready for shipping or pickup.
The delivery times mentioned above do not include the production time required to craft our jewelry.
– Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange policy. You’re welcome to choose another piece of jewelry of equal value, add payment for a higher-priced item, or receive store credit for future use.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange your item.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Once we receive your item, we will ship the new item to you.
– Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
Refunds are not available for:
Custom-made jewelry
Items valued over ₪3,000
Return shipping for exchanges or refunds is the customer’s responsibility.
– Returns
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

– Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
